HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY WINDOWS CLEANED?
We recommend at least twice a year; however, 3-4 times a year guarantees window clarity year-round and minimizes the risk of hard water.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not for exterior work all we would need is gate access. For interior cleaning, we require to schedule a time when someone is home.
How do you clean the windows?
For the exterior, we use a 3-stage water filter that purifies the water to 0-10 ppm, guaranteeing spot-free results. We then take our water-fed pole and thoroughly clean all the tracks, frames, and glass around the house. For interior, we use a traditional brush and squeegee method.
HOW DO YOU CLEAN THE SCREENS?
We use our screen cleaning device, which features bristles on both sides and water running through the middle. We brush every inch of the screen then thoroughly dry the frame and the mesh.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST
We’re not like the other guys who have set rates; we price based on size and the difficulty of each pane. This means your small bathroom window won’t cost the same as the huge windows in your living room, often leading to a more affordable price for you. To do this accurately, we offer free in-person quoting; however, if a virtual quote is your thing, send us some pictures, and we can get you a quote over the phone or email. (Screens are included)
